Communal
Express yourself in a community
Therapy Groups
A closed and confidential space to explore personal themes with a professional facilitator. Groups typically meet once a week and progress over 8-10 weeks. A screening interview is required prior to starting a group to ensure the safety and appropriateness of all the participants in attendance.
Art Workshops
An event open to the public to explore, learn, and make—together! Workshops can be repeated multiple times, and are hosted in a variety of different venues. Workshops are intended to encourage community connection and celebration. If you’re interested in collaborating, please reach out!
